Breakfast​

We offer a breakfast buffet, including freshly-squeezed orange juice, home-baked breads, home-made granola, home-made yoghurt and fresh fruit.

We also offer a large choice of hot dishes, including:

• full English breakfast: herb and pork sausages, bacon, grilled tomato, fried mushrooms, baked beans and an egg of your choice
  
• cheddar chess or mushroom omelette
  
• French toast with maple syrup
  
• lemon pancakes with fresh fruit
  
• scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and bread and butter
  
• knickerbocker glory (granola, yoghurt, seasonal fruit)
  
• Manx kipper with bread and butter
• boiled egg with buttery toast

In addition, you can have toast (with home-made jam and marmalade), tea (Earl Grey or Assam), Columbian coffee or banana milkshake.

Our food is locally-sourced wherever possible, including:

• eggs are laid by our own chickens.
  
• we bake our own bread.
• fruit is mainly from the local market in Neston.

You can take breakfast at any reasonable time you wish (our guests have chosen any time between 6.30 and 10.30).  We ask you to order your breakfast the evening before, so that you have no delay in the morning.
